Wow its been 10 weeks since we have planted the garden and it has grown so much its amazing.  I broccoli and Cabbage heads are really getting bigger and hopefully it won’t be long before we have some to eat.  The carrots are coming along well and getting bigger I am hoping they will be ready in a couple of weeks.  But for now we have been enjoying the mustard spinach, spinach and bib lettuce.  We had some freezing temperatures this week and I don’t think it has affected any of the plants so far.   We have been eating tons of spinach, salad and mustard spinach, its been fun adding it to foods and seeing what we can create.
